IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PROBATION APPOINTMENTS In response to the increase of COVID-19 we have implemented the following safeguards: All probation face to face reporting will be suspended from November 26, 2020 through January 31, 2021. The reporting will be done by email and over the phone. The probation officers will be conducting pre-sentence investigations over the phone. We will be available to make referrals and do most aspects of our job just not person to person. |

Mission StatementThe Community Control/Probation Department is a division of Rocky River Municipal Court dedicated to monitoring and rehabilitating offenders of misdemeanor and traffic laws sentenced through the Rocky River Municipal Court system. Our goal is to protect the public and closely monitor these probationers while they are under community control in an attempt to prevent them from re-offending in the future. |
